Thanks to modern technology it is possible to produce agricultural grain distillate, rectified ethyl alcohol, dehydrated (bioethanol) which are the main products of the company. By-products include: distillation residue alcohol, fusel oil and dry grain extract rich in protein. The distinguishing feature of the technology is that:

Agricultural distillate is produced in two independently working stills with one tube or two tubes. Obtained in a double-tube still it is 96.0% strong and it contains very little residue. Rectified ethyl alcohol, 96.5%, is a product with the highest purity parameters of neutral spirit. Achieving such parameters is possible only thanks to using a hydroselection process in production and metal column in which strange smells and methanol are eliminated from alcohol. Dehydrated ethyl alcohol (bioethanol) is produced with an azeotropic method. Thanks to using agricultural distillate obtained in our company for production its quality substantially exceeds the requirements of the Polish Standard. Dehydrated pharmaceutical ethyl alcohol is made from rectified ethyl alcohol. Dry grain extract rich in protein, by-product of mash distillation, obtained in the process of thickening and drying of spent wash, is a component for the production of high protein foodstuff.

Apart from a production line for different types of alcohols, the company has also containers with special mixers which produce diluters and exploitation fluids. Our formulas give us the possibility of producing the above mentioned products from different types of ethyl alcohol.
