Wielkopolskie Zakłady Farmaceutyczne BIO-WIN S.A was founded in the late 90's of the 20th c.

Thanks to the use of the innovative technology of GEA Wiegand GmbH and technology of the LOOS Austrian company and the BARR ROSIN English company, which is one of the top modern distilling companies in Poland.

With the installation of distilleries, low-rise distillation towers and other buildings it is possible to produce agricultural distillate which in further production stages serves as material for producing distilled and dehydrated ethyl alcohol (bioethanol) and derivative products. The production of agricultural distillate makes the company independent from external suppliers of this material.

The production process, concentrated in one production line, energetically coupled, is fully automated, and its individual stages starting from accepting the material to the final product, are monitored by a specialist laboratory.

Thanks to modern solutions the production is carried out with an optimal use of media and energy, which reduces costs and completely eliminates the emission of substances harmful to the environment.

The technology used, full quality control of the production process, IT control system and Integrated Quality Management System ISO 9001 as well as HACCP guarantee that BIO-WIN S.A. products achieve the most reproducible organoleptic and physicochemical parameters.
